    Re: Warning message in peoplesoft

    Hi AJS,

I'm also in PeopleSoft 8.8 HRMS testing and have come across with the similar situations. As Wasim said, u can use Recovery Scenario method to handle the Warning/Error Messages or can record the object button by clicking Ok/Cancel as per the scenario.

Then wherever messages in the form of dialog box occur possible, u try this code:

    If Browser("Employee-facing registry").Dialog("Microsoft Internet Explorer").Exist Then
    Browser("Employee-facing registry").Dialog("Microsoft Internet Explorer").WinButton("OK").Click

    End If

If the Warning Message comes in the new page as static one(not a dialogue box), then try this:

    If Browser("Employee-facing registry").Page("A").Frame("B").Image("Ok (Enter)").Exist Then

    Browser("Employee-facing registry").Page("A").Frame("B").Image("Ok (Enter)").Click

    End If

    Regards,
    Angelin.

    Hi,
I used webelement to capture warning message.
This is the code to capture Hourly rate warning.

    'warning message popup
    If Browser("PeopleSoft 8 Sign-in").Page("Job Data").PSFrame("Job Data").WebElement("Warning -- Hourly Rate").Exist Then
    Browser("PeopleSoft 8 Sign-in").Page("Job Data").PSFrame("Job Data").WebButton("OK").Click
