Oracle Test Starter Kit - failing
I'm evaluating the Oracle Test Starter Kit (TSK) and so I'm quite new to this all.
I have tried to execute (run) the MasterDriver action and it fails with the msg "Type mismatch 'oracle_prompt_url'". This is at the first line when it calls the function oracle_prompt_url. This is a library that belongs to the Oracle custom function library oracle_qtp_lib.lib.
However when I call this same function in another action that I wrote myself, it works fine. So I believe it's a setup somewhere. I have already associated the custom library with the test and associated the add-ins. So I'm not sure what else I'm missing.
Anyone have any ideas?
Re: Oracle Test Starter Kit - failing
The above problem has been fixed.
For the benefit of those who come across the same problem, pls refer below.
The original TSK script references oracle_qtp_lib.lib but was sitting in a different directory to where the test script was pointing to. So when I change this, I was able to execute it.
You can change the library association in:
Menu: Test -> Settings -> Resources tab
And change the associated library file to point to where the library exists.
Good luck.
