How to Call a DLL file in QTP ?
1)We have a requirement where in we need to pass a dynamically generated value (depending on time) as an input parameter to one of the screen. This value can be generated using a dll file. We are able to successfully use this dll through LoadRunner. What we need to know is how do we interface with this DLL in QTP through VBScript. Let us know if you have any suggestions/inputs on this.
2)The second issue what we are facing is that we are using a tool (called SOAPScope) to functionally test web-services. It has a form to accept input parameters and it also displays the response on a screen within frames. Now we want to automate this using QTP. However, the SOAPScope response generates a different frame number for each response. Is there any workaround within QTP to ignore this frame-number???

Look in the help for Extern.Declare.
