I am currently working on an automation framework, and would like to run how my scripts are divided before I continue on with my planning.
I was thinking of making each reusable action perform a single action on a test object and then verify that the program is in the proper post action state so I may perform the next reusable action.
eg: Open wizard action
check if test object exists, enabled, visible....
check if wizard dialog is opened
return false if there's an error, or true if success
I would have one action that would retrive test cases, call a sequence of these actions with the necessary parameters, report an errors, etc..
I know you all do not know the details about the AUT, but any feedback would be appreciated.
Cloned beef, it's what's for DNAer.
I forgot to mention that I'm using a Shared OR.
