I'm wondering what benefits most of you have seen by utilizing Quick Test Pro?

We are using it to help us test a large database application. We have many tables (30+) and lots of fields (1000's), and each one of our customers fills in these tables with their own data.

I'm basically writing a script that adds data to every table and every field, and then runs it's corresponding Crystal Report (every table has a list report), then exports that report into PDF format. The purpose of the script is so that I can run it against many of our largest customer databases and know that a table wont blow up when they get a new release.

Our manual testers used to do this, but I'm hoping that by having them test other more complex areas, we will see a 'raise in quality'.

How do most of you use this tool, and what benefits have you seen?
