How to pass parameters from vb script to sql server stored procedure
This is code in QTP I am using to connect to sql server database
Set obj = CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
set rec=obj. Execute("testing a,b ")
msgbox rec(0)--here instead of hari ,a is dispalying
msgbox rec(1)--here also b is displayed instead of 10000
is the way correcrt or not.
my stored procedure code is as follows..
CREATE procedure testing
insert into emp (empname,sal,doj) values(@empname,cast(@sal as money),getdate())
Please advice how i have to correct this

You can execute a stored procedure on SQL Server using ADODB.Command object in VBScript. Please refer ADO Help documentation. I guess there is one previous post in this forum for similar opration.
