I am using QTP 7.31 version to test the SAP Business Processes. This version is something different from other qtp verions. It is using 'C' language insted of VBScript. Also there is no option to change the recording mode.
QTP is not able to record cirtun objects (e.g ALV Grid in SAP), means that object is not captured by qtp.
So my question is how to work with such objects which are not at all recorded/captured in qtp?
Is there any other solution for the same?
Try to make sure the object tye is registered with the Microsoft OS. Ask your developers if this has been done - if not, get them to do so. At the very least QTP should then be able to recognize it as an object - may not know exactly which functions to use against it but then you can start building custom functions.
