Is QuickTest Pro a new product? How is it differ from WR? I read some whitepaper, but still would like to know more about. Why is it cheaper compared to Winrunner? If it's a new product, do they have a stable version?
QTP is not a very recent product but hasn't been around as long as WinRunner. It's based on a product previously known as Astra QuickTest. QTP builds on the functionality of AQT.
For the differences between WinRunner and QTP, I suggest you look up the Mercury website since there are many differences. Fundamentally though, both are functional testing tools. The mercury website is www.mercury.com.
And yes, they do have a stable version. This is not a Beta product under test but a full-fledged testing tool that is quickly gaining in popularity.

Actually, in reality QTP ( or variations of it) have been around for just about as long as WinRunner - but WinRunner took off so MIC put AQT on the back burner for the lonnnnggggesstt time until their hand was forced with the development of .Net and pressure from QA shops to come out with something that didn't rely on a proprietary language and to use something familiar to most dev shops - AQT uses VBScript so it was perfect to bring back out. They have been making updates to it like crazy for the last few years trying to catch it up to where WinRunner was and then some.
