You know how you can have a checkpoint that checks whether a particular text is not displayed? Well I need to do the exact same thing but for an object.
Does anyknow know how to do this? I just need to verify that the object is not present.
I tried the method Exist but it doesn't seem to work.
Ok here's how.
.Exist should work, just use it with an If statement like so...
If Browser("blah").Page("blah blah").WebElement("innertext:=some text").Exist(2) Then
Reporter.Reportevent 1, "Object Exists", "Unexpected object exists"
Reporter.Reportevent 0, "Object Does NOT exist", "Object is not found"
----- Change the WebElement to WebButton or whatever your object is.
