I saw some posts regarding the non identification of the tool at objects at the system tray (windows XP), none of them offer some solution. Does any one how to deal with the problem, I mean to record a mouse click (right click) that will open a menu and a button press on one of the menu items. For example: clicking on the MSN icon at the system tray - right mouse click and at the open menu choosing the 'Exit' option - which it means a left mouse click.
I think you should have a look at the 'Mercury Support Knowledge Base' on their homepage and search for 'Problem ID: 34618'.
I don't know it that solves your problem... but - as it happens - I searched there for sth. else today and so I also found this...
Then you have to login, go to 'Knowledge Base', choose 'Mercury Support Knowledge Base' (not the user one).
Then you can search for a specific ID or you can search for 'system tray' e.g.(it's the first document given).
