.net calendar object is not recognised

    Hi all,
i have a dropdown list box in my .NET application..what i need to do is i have to click on that and then a calendar would open and i need to select the date i require and then it would automatically get populated in the list box...
so it was recorded as swfcalendar("calendar").setdate "date"
but at the time of running the script it doesnt do anything..
what do i do for this ...any ideas please!!!
    thanks

Re: .net calendar object is not recognised

Yah I am having the same problem...
    if you use swfcalendar("calendar").setdate
and swfcalendar("calendar").settime to set time and date ...it doesn't do anything during playback.. and also don't return any error...

Don't have much experience testing .NET apps, but your last resort maybe to use low level recording. Have you looked at it yet?

Don't immediately assume you are doing anything wrong. QTP, even 8.2, has a large number of defects within the tool itself. We have had to develop LOTS of workarounds for .NET
