1. Read entire text
(Table, where this TextField is located - GetROProperty("innertext"),
or entire screen - getvisibletext())
2. CutOut the part, that is after text field
3. CutOut the part, that is before text field
4. Whatever is left - would be value of TextField
General solution is:
Play with Left, Righ, Mid, Len functions of VBscript after you get entire text.
I'm assuming your method of capturing the text was right clicking the object and using an output checkpoint after recording.
If the object is getting captured properly in the OR, a simple GetROProperty of innertext should work. If the object's parent (such as the whole page) is getting captured instead, you will prolly have to use Janna's approach. Btw, what sort of an object is this?
