I am writing a script in QTP for checking the properties of a Image. When I insert a standard check point, it only takes the default properties. I want the image height to be included in the chekpoint but software doesn't allow me to do so. So to work around, I am capturing the property value in user defined variable. Now I am thinking about inserting a dynamic checkpoint. Please advice me how to do it as i don't know how to create a dynamic check point in QTP.
Thanks in advance
Re: dynamic checkpoint
To configure QTP to catchUp desire ObjectProperty in the checkPoint:
Tools --> ObjectIdentification
In the MandatoryProperties window -->
Check width and height properties.
And they will be as part of CheckPoint after refreshing new settings.
Another way to get them:
x = Browser("Name").Page("Name").
