Hidden Object Properties
I have a web application that uses document.all.ObjectName.style.display = "none"; or "block" to hide and display elements such as buttons and tables. Some of the objects also have a Visible property, but this is always set to 1. The object behave the same way even when they are hidden (i.e. I can set a value in a field that is not visible). I can confirm that items are visible with a bitmap check, but I haven't found an effective way to confirm when they are NOT visible. Text checks recognize the text for the objects, even when they are not displayed. Any suggestions?
Re: Hidden Object Properties
I figured it out! If I capture the object's outerhtml property, it will contain style="DISPLAY: block" when visible or style="DISPLAY: none" when hidden.
