SAP logon Pad instances
We have developed script to check the transactions of SAP, for different users,
The user number will vary from 30 to 300. Once the script runs ,for each user sap logon pad will open, select the client and will check for transactions and closes the sap application and saplogon pad, but instances of saplogon pad (saplgpad.exe) will active in windows task manager, even the SAP logon pad closes .( if user use 30 user then 30 instances of saplgpad.exe)
Due to which if I want to run the script again, sometimes the SAP logon pad does not open automatically. At this point, we need to open 'task manager' and kill all the instances of SAP logon pad and then run the script.
Are there any methods or functions to close the saplogon pad so that instances shouldn’t be there in windows task manager?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Re: SAP logon Pad instances
I have tried to recreate the problem you're having, but when I close the logon pad I have no remnant instances. Does this problem with the SAP logon pad instance not closing only occur when you run the QTP script? Or does it occur when you run the scenario manually too?
