XML Based Repository For Descriptive Programming
This message might look familiar to those of you who are also in the Quicktest Pro user group but I thought I'd submit it anyway for the benefit of others.
Descriptive Programming using an XML based Repository is a great concept that merges the maintainability that goes with a centralized object repository and the enormous flexibility of Descriptive Programming. Although a good knowledge of Visual basic is always recommended when using Descriptive Programming, using this method can allow even a novice to begin test scripting using Descriptive Programming.
This technique won the Mercury Interactive's 'Solution of the Week' award. This is the only Quicktest solution of the week so far.
