Pull Down menu(s) using VBScript in QTP?
Greetings. I have a script that imports a data table when ran. There are 6 separate data tables this script can use. But, to change what table is used the user has to manually copy /paste the file (data table) name into the script. Id like a pull down menu to pop up when the script is launched requiring the executor of the script to select which data table to use for that particular run. Is there a way to do this using vbscript? Something similar to the msgbox? Thats what I have in mind. The tested program is windows based. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Re: Pull Down menu(s) using VBScript in QTP?
quick fix without touching the script every time is
DTable = inputbox ("Enter DataTable Name","DataTable Name")
But user need to type the DataTable name here and i will be stored in the variable upon clicking OK on the input dialog.
