How do we make the QTP to pick up the next object if we didnot record it.
Here is the scenario,I have. Suppose there are 10 files like our windows explorer. I will record by selecting the 1st file, dragging to the right side window and click on run button.
I would like to know if there is any way that I can make QTP to come to the second file do the samething, then 3rd file etc..till the 10th one.
Any insight into this is much appreciated.

Since you are going to be doing Mouse drags, QTP records these as coordinate mouse moves. What you will need to do is to get some properties from the window that holds the files. You will need to know how many items are in the list and also what the row height is. What you can do at this point is to set up a loop to go through the list like this:
(this is all kind of psuedo code..it will not run exactly like I type it)
For i = 1 to numItemsInList Do
mousedrag(-From i * rowHeight + 5,....
Something like that should work for you.
