Does anyone know if there is any feature in QT (other than using ExpertView- coding)to loop continuously inside a test case?
I am new in using this test tool so I really appreciate your answers.
There is no other feature I suppose...
The thing is that u can always customize ur code and make all loop formation inside the action... or else write a seperate action for looping and call the action to ur script as when needed.
No, sorry but you will have to use a vbscript for/next type loop in Expert Mode.
Not really an answer, but an observation...this is really odd, because once you do this in Expert mode, you will see a loop icon in the tree view that collapses or expands, and contains all the looped code...so the QTP parser clearly knows what the loop is. I wonder why inserting it from the menu is not built in? You can insert branches, and QTP/SAP has allowed inserting loops from the GUI forever...very odd.
