ThunderRT6 Controls and UFT 12.01
I am using UFT12.01 Build 1112.
We are looking at automating an app called EPIC, a healthcare app. When recording, the app is recoginizing some fields as VBEdit correctly, but many others, just class of WinObject with nativeclass ThunderRT6UserControlDC. Is there any way to get UFT to recognize these as normal controls (e.g. buttons, listboxes, etc.) Secondary, I click on a button that brings up a WinListView (nativeclass ListView20WndClass), but I see no was to select a value based on row and column values. Only records the X,Y click, or can activate by index number. These fall under a parent object of type ThunderRT6UserControlDC, so I am assuming it has to do with that control type again.
Any ideas as to how to get these objects recognized?
I attached a screen shot of our login, and the Log In and Exit "buttons" are ThunderRT6UserControlDC, not buttons, in the 2nd attachment, it shows the WinListView mentioned above.
Not sure if we have specific addin apart from vb addin for any custom controls - any trials on using dom?
great if you can post the html
Also your observations when you had tried the descriptive way using the obj props or xpath etc,
