Inside the class, the method is just a function or sub. You can call it without any prefix. You could use Call if you wanted, I think.
If an external function has the same name as the method, which will it use? That's a good question. I wasn't really sure, so I whipped up a quick example. It looks like it will use the method. Here's the example I made:
Set oClass = New myClass
GetValue = iValue
iValue = iNewValue
Call SetValue(iValue + iIncrement)
Public Function SetValue(iNewValue)
print "called the function, not the method"
