tableObjects with cells......Range.InLineShapes.AddOLEobject.......p arameters. seems to work. It stores the contents of the file into the cell of the table. Rather than showing a preview in the table cell it gives the name of the file. Double clicking on the cell opens a separate window containing the Word Document.
To get the code, use the MS Word Macro Recorder and put an image in the cell. Then convert the VBA code to VBScript.
It appears to be working. I have not fully tested it.
