QTP skips function call without any error
I have my public functions stored in a qfl file. When i try to run them from another qfl file, QTP is simply skipping the steps (without any error). Anyone Experienced similar kind of issue?
NOTE: QTP has been set to show error message in Pop-Up. All the function library is available in resources during execution. I have tried to use "Repair" and still no luck.
How about trying step into debugging?
Or place a break point at the function and check whether the function call is invoking another function in QFL file u have mentioned.
I have tried using breakpoint. When i press F11, QTP waits for few seconds and it moves on to next step. Actually the same script was working fine few days back.
Seems to be a strange issue ..Remove all the lck files from you directory .
Check the directory path of the qfl or add the qfl file manually to your test and check
Do you have onError Resume Next statement in your script, perhaps try to see the error description in watch after the skip.
Syntax error in QFL file :P
Wonder why QTP doesn't throw any error ..
