Does the QTP CD, contain that number you need(Proof of purcahase) or maybe SID number
needed to get to tech support to get a patch.
My last shop I had the paperwork with the number on it.
This shop the IT guys set me up and they have no clue..

It may be on the CD, I can't remember.
Patience is like bread I say.... I ran out of that yesterday.
As far as I can remember Terry it comes with the paperwork from HP it's not on the install DVD
the SAID # does not come on the CD/DVD. It's a number that is received from the Licensing people at HP. Not even paperwork anymore unless you actually order the package. It's sent via email....
