Problem identification of window(regular expression syntax)
I have a problem in identification of window
Window("Windows Internet Explorer")
Observed that the text property of the window is unique and the value of the text is https://ABC-services-CDE.ABC.com/alf...c9e5f7e-482f-4 - Windows Internet Explorer pro
i have tried with regular expression
This is not working.
Any help will be really appreciated.
You don't need the escape character in front of the hyphens. And looks like you need a .* at the end.

Are the name or title properties available?
Are they any easier to work with?
Solution to Problem identification of window(regular expression syntax)
Try with this
Above regular expression uses simple logic, it will check whether any of the two values (ABC|ABC-services-CDE) are present. Pipe symbol is needed to separate it.
You can apply this logic for popup in different IE browser (IE7 and IE9 ) as below
For IE 7 browser , text property will be as "Windows Internet Explorer"
For IE 9 browser , text property will be as "Message from webPage"
I've used "Windows" from IE7 browser and "from" from IE9 browser as common and separated it using pipe symbol.
