Each time I open QTP it says that QTP is unresponsive in parenthesis. It takes about 5 minutes to open QTP.
I see a patch on RelevantCodes QTP_00925. Has anyone used this patch for this issue?
I do not have any issues saving or opening work inside of QC/ALM with QTP 11.

I'm testing an application probably written in Java.
I'm using ActiveX, Visual Basic and Web add ins. Maybe I don't need ActiveX or Visual Basic. I'm not sure if I should keep them selected on startup.
I had perfomance issues when I upgraded from QC 9.2 to QC 11. I did install this patch, but the thing that finally worked for me, was changing CloseToolAfterRuns=1 in the mic file in the
QTP bin directory. Your addins are the same as mine, except I also use .Net. Other maintenance I do, is delete temp files on a regular basis. May not be the same thing, but I thought I'd share.
