Creation time and XY coordinates are the worst offenders of code brittleness. I generally make sure that Creation time is removed from the settings as ordinal identifiers and make sure the entire team follows the same. It makes the code very brittle as the creation time changes based on the the number of browsers(& order) open at the time of script creation vs the time when script is executed
XY Coordinates also make it brittle as it may change based on many factors like Screen resolution, screen size, etc.

I agree! Creation time and XY are least helpful and location and index are most useful. But it all depends on applications we can't generalize that they are worst.
i have been using creation time and xy successfully on my one application where for some applications they are not working..
