Could someone explain the difference or advantages and disadvantages between all type of function file supported by QTP(like: .vbs, .qfl, .txt)?
No difference except the extension. It just a preference of what you want to use

Thanks Tarun for your input.
.vbs file --> we couldn't debug
.qfl file --> you can debug like as qtp file.
Found few facts, experts please validate
.qfl : U can insert breakpoints but .vbs u cannot
.qfl : cannot be called using Executefile method but .vbs can be called this way

indiranis , Ganesh, we are very much against misinformation like these ones. Before posting such things please make sure you validate such things.
You can even name the file as .DLL or .EXE and open in QTP and still debug. extension doesn't enforce content requirements.
Breakpoints and executefile will work on all things
