Test stops running but QTP still running
I will try to explain this the best I can.
I am running a test on a Virtual Server using UltraVNC and sometimes (not always) the test will just stop running.
What I mean is the application playback just stops with no errors on the screen. No Errors in a log and QTP is still running in the background as if the test is still running. This keeps any other tests in the test set from running because the system seems to be stuck. I am not running this out of QC I am running a VBScript file from Windows Scheduler which runs a set of tests from an Excel file. Works similar to what QC would do, but we could not afford QC.
This does NOT happen when running on a real machine (not virutal).
Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Is there a fix for this?
