We have created several test scripts using QTP and run from QC test lab. After the run is completed or stopped in between due to any of the step failed, we tried to download the report using the lasr tun or test instance by clicking the status of the run. Most of the times the QTP reports are downloaded properly. But sometime the we are unable to download the report to what went wrong on the failed steps. No clue about that.
We are using QTP10.0 and QC 10.0. We did installed the QTP-QC add-in to view the report.

We tried, but in QTP we couldn't see the report. Not sure whether it is stored in local machine in any of the folder.
This is happening occasionally. Most of the time we are able to get the report from QC itself. But it is really frustrating when we couldn't get the report to see the reason for the component failure. We have to run the test again which takes lot of time.
