Yes u can do that using Set where you specify a variable to point to a testobject
Set UserEmail= Browser("Amazon.com: Online Shopping").Page("Amazon.com Sign In").WebEdit(txtEmail)
'Then u can use any objectmethod
Also this is not descriptive programming as you have used the OR objects i.e. used OR . "Amazon.com: Online Shopping" is the object stored in Object Repository is what i understand. Descriptive would be like
Thanks Ganesh that was what I was looking for, and yes you are right about the descriptive programming comment, it was not fully dp, only the last section of the line WebEdit(txtEmail)was in dp, where txtEmail was declared and set earlier. Once again thanks a lot.
