    HP Run Results Viewer

    Hi,
    I am facing an issue with HP Run Result Viewer, when i am trying to add defect from HP Run Results Viewer i am getting an error like below,

    "To report a new defect, you must have the required files ALM/QC user interface installed on your computer. To do this, you must connect to ALM/QC at least one time in a Web browser or the ALM/QC explorer."

    But i have installed all the add-ins. QC Client files, QTP connectivity add-in. etc.,

    Login to QC Client once and then try again using the Result Viewer.

    Thanks Raj.

    But i have tried to re-install QC client, QTP add-in logged in again and used run results viewer. No Luck.

    Hi,

    Now its working fine.

    I did re-register the QC Client files from the Add-ins page, and clear the history of IE browser and it started working.
