    How to work with functions

    in HP ALM QC 11, I can see inside of libraries
    in Resource Viewer.

    For examlpe in common.txt, I see a function named
    AddToTestResults
    I see it has no input parameters. so I wrote it directly in my code and I get syntax error.

    I can add and get work my own functions in the library,
    I add it from File->Settings->Resources

    But in same place, I could not see the functions that I see in Testing->test Resource section.

    Can anybody help me on this ?
    I look serious because I am serious.

    Re: How to work with functions

    The path you mentioned is correct to add i.e.
    File -> Settings -> Resources
    Once you add these functions here these are associated with your Tests so you should be able to view.

    it will be helpful to understand if you elaborate little more.

    Thanks

    Re: How to work with functions

    Could you please explain more, about what you are looking for?

    Whether you want to create and use your own custom functions or want to use/see available library functions?

    Thanks,
    SGH
