    Easier Way to GetCellData value

    A lot of times I come across a large table with many rows and columns. When I need to get a value from one of the cells I resort to trial and error or I try to view the source code but sometimes it is like searching for a needle in a haystack.

    Browser("Browser").Page("Page").WebTable("Table"). GetCellData(row, col)

    Does anyone know of an easier way to pinpoint exactly what row/col that I want? Is there a way to use the Object Spy to just point to the cell I want and have it tell me which row/col it is?

    Record the Script, & Insert a Standard Checkpoint for the WebTable. Then look at the Table Checkpoint Properties window.

    rowCount=Browser("Browser").Page("Page").WebTable( "Table")

    For j=1 to rowCount-1

    str=Browser("Browser").Page("Page").WebTable("Tabl e").GetCellData(row, col)

    If str=StrComp Then

    msgbox "Found"

    Exit For

    End If

    Next

    Thanks,
