    How to move slider and retrieve value of it

    Hi,

    We have a slider control in our Web application. QTP is identifying it as web element. Both progress bar and handler is identified as separate Web element.
    How can we move the slider and get the value based on the current position?

    Regards,
    Uma

    Re: How to move slider and retrieve value of it

    I'm not entirely sure this will work but i would start with something like this:

    Browser().Page().WebElement("slider").object.value = 55
    sliderVal = Browser().Page().WebElement("slider").object.value
    msgbox sliderVal
