I have two images. Image1 will have image2 also. I have to find the location of image2 which is there inside image1 and click the image2.
Can anybody have ideas?
How can I do this using QTP?
Thank/Like to help others if my input helped you !!!
I am speaking for myself, not for my employer nor any one.
spy and attach the snapshot
when things gets harder ,the harder gets going
Well you can't do that very easily. The images need to be exactly available with same size and pixel values to make your algorithm simple, else you will struggle.
Such things usually apply first searching for possible corners pixel matching in the bigger image and then noting down all the matching corner boxes. Later you scan each box to get the matching box.
You can't do it in QTP. You will have to build something outside of QTP and then use the same. It would be a .NET DLL mostly that you will have to develop

Also i want to know some info from you guys.
I identified an object by creating virtual object. But here when window position is changes, then its not working.
How can I handle these situations?
Any other options in QTP like identifying an object using a specified image region or area?
