Our company used to have a license for version 9.5 some years ago and the support contract ended a couple of months ago.
Now we want to run a pilot of the latest version but I keep receiving the "content not available;please try again" error on their site after completing the missing fields in my HP Passport.
The tech support/account manager are not helpful- keep repeating what URL to use...
Any ideas? I've tried IE' Firefox and Chrome already... [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
