Need some help.
I am having all my automation scripts on my local machine.
its taking lot of time of opening each script and saving it in Quality Center.
Does anybody have a script which can export the scripts from local machine to QC.
Thanks and Regards,
there is 3rd party tools, through which you can upload bulk of QTP scripts QC.
search in HP/google
when things gets harder ,the harder gets going
Thanks Chikki for that quick hint.
I am able to export the scripts to QC now.
Anand can you post the tool name and where you got it from. it would be helpful to all our friends.
Its not the tool rather i got some lines of code which i modified accordingly and used for exporting the scripts to QC.
Following is the code for ref. This code has been saved as .vbs and executed. we can keep this code in loop and export all the test scripts to QC.
strQCURL = "<>"
strDomain = "<>"
strProject = "<>"
strUserName = "<>"
strpassword = "<>"
Set qtApp = CreateObject("QuickTest.Application")
qtApp.Visible = True
qtApp.TDConnection.Connect strQCURL,strDomain, strProject, strUserName, strpassword, True ' Connect to Quality Center
If qtApp.TDConnection.IsConnected Then
qtApp.Open "C:\Automation\Test Scripts\TestScriptName",True
Set qtqcTest = qtApp.Test
qtApp.Test.SaveAs "[QualityCenter] Subject\Automation\TestScript\Test Script Name"
Set qtApp = Nothing
