    Browser Load

Am checking browser load through ready state property. But sometimes it seems while running scripts browser loader hangs in between until click manually some where on the browser to perform next action. Is there any solution for the same. I thought of clicking the browser while wait time specified while checking readystate property. But it can click on any of the objects if I use click method, so that it can hamper my execution next step. Any solution for the same will be appreciated. Thanks.

    Re: Browser Load

Try to identify some webelement/label on the page that can be clicked upon the problem of page getting hanged.

When does this happen any specific case, coz curious to know the cause.

    Re: Browser Load

It happens majorly sometimes when page is loaded 1st time ie application is invoked. Neverthless, am already using the solution suggested by you. But I think there should be some another way to come out of this issue. Cheers.

    Re: Browser Load

One way is to ensure you do a browser refresh after page load, I had faced something like this earlier when the images/items used 2 sometimes not get fully loaded. I used to refresh the page and ensure the page is fully loaded to continue operations.
    Thanks,

    Re: Browser Load

This is the solutions my friend ( Paresh ) suggested to me.I'm just posting the solution on his behalf.... Hopefully it will solve your issue.

    '====================================Function===== =======
    Public Function s_Sync(objIE.Object., intTimeout)
    On Error Resume Next
    s_Sync = False
    If objIE.Object. Is Nothing Then
Call Err.Raise(vbObjectError + 123, "s_Sync", "This InternetExplorer object not initialized yet.")
    Exit Function
    End If
Dim dteStart : dteStart = Now()
    Do Until objIE.Object..ReadyState = 4
If DateDiff("s", dteStart, Now()) > intTimeout Then
    Call Err.Raise(vbObjectError + 123, "s_Sync", "Internet Explorer Sync exceded timeout period of " & intTimeout & " seconds.")
    Exit Function
    End If
    Loop
    Do Until objIE.Object..Document.ReadyState = "complete"
If DateDiff("s", dteStart, Now()) > intTimeout Then
    Call Err.Raise(vbObjectError + 123, "s_Sync", "Internet Explorer Sync exceded timeout period of " & intTimeout & " seconds.")
    Exit Function
    End If
    Loop
    If objIE.Object..Document.Title <> objIE.Object..LocationName Then
    Call Err.Raise(vbObjectError + 123, "s_Sync", "Failed navigation to URL : '" & objIE.Object..LocationURL & "'. '" & objIE.Object..Document.Title & "'.")
    Exit Function
    End If
    If Err.Number = 0 Then s_Sync = True
    End Function

'objIE represents QTP Browser Object of IE.
    ' intTimeout Represents timeout !!
