if you are using "Set" for entering the data in the edit box. Try "Type". We had a similar issue in our application and by using type we were able to overcome it. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
I just do all keyboard entry with SendKeys using a common function to avoid these issues.
What's going on here is the method QTP is using to insert the text is not triggering an event that a real person using the keyboard would. In order to most closely replicate a real user, you need to use SendKeys.
