I just had a Pop Up of a message
Unable To allocate Memory !
Screen shot attached.
Why would I get this?
I am also getting same pop-up message. I am using QTP 11.
Try these steps if it can resolve the issue : http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/foru...hreadId=1404869
Its a know fact that there are memory issues with QTP.
For V 10.0, I know that there is patch for v 10.0 for fixing these memory issues. But still you can get this pop up sometimes. This occurs on V 11.0 as well. But not sure if there is a patch.
I have noticed that this pop up appears after the test is executed and when the test results are generated, especially when debugging & running the script several times.
Based on the size of the script, you could restart Quicktest & the application after a certain no of runs.
This is something I follow to avoid this issue.
Is there a command to be added to the end of the script to clear memory?
I don't think so.
No but if its a big script you could filter the results
Reporter.Filter = rfEnableErrorsOnly
Personally I do not use the QTP results, get way better performance if you write your own and switch QTP's off.

Check, if you have enabled active screen, error snapshots for QTP results. Also do clear/reallocate everything unused at the end of the code.
Winds of Change
clear/reallocate everything unused at the end of the code.
That part, I do not know how !
