    Are you able to highlight the object from OR?

    Re: Problems selecting image button in QTP 9.5

    It worked the first 2 times and hasn't worked again.

    There maybe another object in back of the image button. I'm trying to capture everything around the image button to see.

    I appreciate the assistance, thanks alot.

    Thanks, sadly the webtable does not contain other objects in it.

    On the bright sight learning about "micNoCoordinate, micNoCoordinate" from you has assisted in other areas.

    Thanks again for your suggestions and time.

    Aimees

    Can you try out 2 things here

    Case 1:

    Try to use childobject method to get the count of image objects and see is it returning more that 1 ,
    If yes, then verify the abs_x property for the objects and conculed which object u want to click

    Case 2:
    If above solution fails ,then try to use Fire even for Clicking image object

    Let us know which case gives more correct results for you

    Regards

    [ QUOTE ]

    [/ QUOTE ]

    Even if doesn't contain other objects, you can get the Image is contained in the Webtable.

    Check thet row number & column number. Assuming there's only one object in the table cell, you can get it by using

    Set ObjImage = Browser().Page().WebTable().ChildItem (2, 2, "Image", 0)

    And to click on it, you could try this.

    OldSetting = Setting.WebPackage("ReplayType")
    Setting.WebPackage("ReplayType") = 2

    ObjImage.Click

    Setting.WebPackage("ReplayType") = OldSetting
