Our project is moving to VB 2010 and we are using QTP 9.2. Anybody knows what would be impact of this movement on our automation. Does QTP 9.2 support VB2010.
VB2010 or VB2008 doesn't make the differece. But the .NET framework that has been used will make. Check with developers which .NET framework they will use. If they are upgrading to .NET 3.0 or higher then QTP 9.2 would not work with your application

One more question: Is higher version of QTP like QTP 9.5 can be used in automating .NET (4.0) project ?
It will not.
QTP 10 is the latest version of QTP, and it does not support .Net 4.0, so QTP 9.5 won't either. http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/foru...hreadId=1425518
Not at the table, Carlos!
I am not sure in QTP9.2 but in QTP 10 support .NET Framework 3.5—Service Pack 1
