Object recognition problem in QTP
The GUI interface of my project consists of .Net, custom1 and infrgistic objects. The main menu bar is a grid object with all the menu items embaded on it are infragistic / custom1 objects. When I spy this with QTP, it recognizes the whole menubar as a single object. We added "TestAdvantage" add-in for infragistics, but that not help either.
Anyone encounered same issues? Please let me know if any workaround exists for this.
Re: Object recognition problem in QTP
Please check this.
1.Which QTP version you are using?
2.Which version of TestAdvantage you have installed.
3.After installing the TestAdvantage Have you selected the Verion Utility(Start-->Infragistics-->version Utility)?
4.After installing the TestAdvantage have you executed the sample scripts(Available in the TestAdvantage installation path)to ensure that installaion is successfully.
