OmniTest is an add-in that you can purchase for QTP. The idea behind it is that it allows non-testers to "assume" the title of automation developer by giving them the means to build automated scripts without having to record anything. So basically, it's a wrapper for QTP. The way it achieves this is by having the object and function repositories already established so that the user can pick which objects he / she wants to interact with, what kinds of interactions or validations need to be made against the objects, and if any functions need to be used with the objects.
My question is... has anyone heard of this tool. Better yet, has anyone tried it?
