Reusable actions reference issue
How can I remove the references of old reusable actions from my script? I didn't specified the relative path initially when I added the reusable actions to my script. Now the reusable actions location has been changed so I had to add call from the new reusable location and I did (Old reusable actions are still there at same location).
And now I deleted the calls for the old actions from the script However still in my script
1. reusable dropdown shows the old actions. Dont know why? how to remove them?
2. Also the weird thing is since the action names are same so even though I have made the fresh calls for these actions from new location, some of them still references to the old location. I also changed the folder names for the old location still somehow script is pointed to the action from that old location only! why?
Any thought ? seems like hell problem. Can anybody tell me how the script refercenses to the reusable actions like we can tell in case of functions (file -> setting -> resources)? it's hard to remove the old references it seems in case of reusable actions.
Thanks a lot,
Re: Reusable actions reference issue
Do the following process:
1. Goto keyword view.
2. Right click on the action and delete completly(I think you have deleted the only action call)
here we have two options to delete the actions. You need to select the delete completly option.
3.If the old action calls are not available in the keywordview then first call the old action (using call to existing action option) after that follow the step 2(above) to delete the action.
Let me know if you any queries.
