I'm not sure you can, unless there is a new feature of QTP 10.0 that I don't have in 9.5.
But the question is, why? What do you gain?
It's only the runtime datatable you're talking about, right? So even if you delete it, the next time you run your script that row will still be there, undeleted. So why bother to delete it when you can just skip it and move on with the script?
However, if you really must delete the row (maybe you're planning to export the DataTable with the deleted row so that it will be permanently deleted?), then sure, you could probably save your DataTable to an .xls file, delete the row from the .xls, then import it back into your DataTable. That you could probably do.
Search this forum, there are tons of posts about how to work with .xls files.

hi blake, thanks for your reply, actually my only intention is to save the teh rows with the ISSD status n save the rows with CAPT status in another datashet n export both at the end of hte test. but i am unable to do so , so i thot i shall delete the rows with capt status.
please guide me how i can save data according to a a parameter in different datasheets,
