There are a couple ways to move your mouse over that image.
One way would be to use analog recording and record the mouse movement directly. This works, until some future build in which the developers move your object somewhere and now your analog record is incorrect and will need to be re-recorded.
Another way is by accessing the image's mouseover event. You can do this by using the FireEvent method. Look it up in the QTP Help File, it even has an example that fires a Mouseover event - you can probably copy that code out of the help file and paste it into your script (just update your own image object, of course).
Once you know how you're going to mouseover your image, it should be relatively easy to learn your status bar into the QTP Object Repository and get the appropriate property that displays your link, probably using .GetROProperty.
