Running qtp test from QC on a remote host
Can someone please help me out with this problem -
How can I run qtp test set from QC on a remote host if the remote host is locked.
I'm assuming this to be a two part solution -
1) One is to unlock the remote host using the user credentials
2) Start the execution of test set
However, I don't see an option to include user credentials for the remote host in QC. Is there a way to set this up in QC or do I need to follow any other alternative. Please let me know.

Let us know the version of the tool you are using.
In remote system, modify the registry entry "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mercury Interactive\QuickTest Professional\MicTest\SkipEnvironmentChecks" to 1 and execute your script once.
It may work.
But the concept here is, when you lock the system, Windows OS stop sending messages(mouse and keyboard message), which interrupts the communication between Tool and application.
