Selecting a value from a WebEdit seems to me to be a strange task, so maybe I am just misunderstanding what you're trying to do.
WebEdit objects do not support the .Select method, so by that definition, there is no way to "select a vlue" from a WebEdit. You can "select a value" from a WebList or WebRadioGroup object, but not from a WebEdit object.
Are you trying to enter a value into that WebEdit? If so, then use either:
Browser().Page()WebEdit().Set "Hello World"
Browser().Page()WebEdit().Type "Hello World"
Or are you trying to find out what value is displayed in the WebEdit? Then use:
x = Browser().Page()WebEdit().GetROProperty("vlaue")
Or are you trying to highlight some or all of the text in the WebEdit? If so, that one is probably fairly tricky, actually, but I am leaving it alone since I can't think of a reason to do it so I'm hoping this isn't what you're trying to do.
I hope that helps.
